DAY 1: Wednesday, June 17

5:00 PM – Shuttle departure from The Bellevue Hotel to The Mann Center for the Performing Arts

5:00 PM – Shuttle departure from Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia to The Mann Center for the Performing Arts

10:30–11:00 PM – Return shuttle service from The Mann Center for the Performing Arts to both hotels

DAY 2: Thursday, June 18

8:00 AM – Shuttle departure from The Bellevue Hotel to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA)

8:00 AM – Shuttle departure from Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA)

11:30 AM – Return shuttle service from PAFA to both hotels

OR

11:45 PM – Shuttle departure from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) for the Philadelphia property tours. Return shuttle service to both hotels will be provided upon completion of the tours, with an estimated return time of 3:00 PM.

5:15 PM – Shuttle departure from The Bellevue Hotel, followed by Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, to the Barnes Foundation.

10:00 PM – Return shuttle service from the Barnes Foundation to both hotels

8:00 AM – Shuttle departure from The Bellevue Hotel, followed by Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, to the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.

11:30 AM – Return shuttle service from the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia to both hotels.
